Good morning everybody! Today is Friday, December 26th, 2025. And this is your morning tea with Coach Kennedy. Welcome to your special Christmas edition of Morning Tea. Over the course of the last 45 weeks, you guys have been absolutely amazing. I really couldn't have done any of what I've done without your guys' support. You guys have made my podcast possible. With that being said, when I first started my journey, I knew next to nothing about podcasting, what to talk about, or even how to structure an episode. My very first episode was just me trying to figure out why I say the things that I say and do the things that I do. I wanted to understand myself better and work on aspects of myself that I don't like, so I could strive to become the best version of myself that I possibly can be. I didn't want to walk through life with a victim mentality, feeling sorry for myself whenever something went wrong. Bad things happen to all of us. It's not personal. Sometimes the universe puts us under a little pressure, just like olives need pressure to produce oil, and grapes need pressure to produce juice. These things that the universe applies to us isn't meant to damage us or to change us entirely. It's meant to help us grow and become the best version of ourselves that we can be. It's all about illuminating the parts of ourselves that need growth and change. We're not meant to stay stagnant. If you feel a bit scared, that's actually a good sign. It means you're on the right path. It's supposed to be a little bit uncomfortable because that means that you're growing and not staying stagnant. Staying stagnant kills your spirit and your ambition. The will to live. Our imagination is one of the greatest things that we could be given, and most of us just waste it on thinking that we're not good enough and our dreams are not achievable. Just a year ago, I never would have imagined I'd be running my own business or hosting a podcast. That's how that's now reached 45 countries and 349 cities all by myself without any experience beforehand whatsoever. It's amazing what can happen when we truly believe in ourselves if you keep pushing forward. You can do the same for yourself. Remember, you're the only one standing in your way of true happiness. If you have a dream, set goals to make it happen. It might feel daunting and uncertain at times, but I promise you it will be worth it in the end. You will be grateful for every little step that you take instead of living your life with regrets. I hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas. As we shift gears for the new year, I'm excited to announce that my podcast is getting a little revamp. Over the last 45 weeks, we have covered an array of topics from childhood trauma and making friends as an introvert to exploring our kinks, how to fix the leaks with after the kink. We've talked about building businesses, how to find your purpose in life, how to heal your inner child, and all along the way, I'd like to thank you all for being there with me and enjoying the journey as much as I have. I hope that you all stick with me throughout the continuation of this journey. There's going to be season two starting next week with fresh topics, new guests, and I can't wait to share it with you. If this new direction resonates with you, please continue to share the podcast with your friends and family. Don't forget to like, follow, and subscribe. You also can follow me on Instagram or Facebook at Guiding Pathways. Until next time, everyone, take care and let's remember that we are all human. We can only do as much as we can with the time that we are given throughout the day. Let's remember to pause and rest. Listen to our bodies. If it says that we need to rest, we need to rest. Eat if we need to eat, and so forth and so on. Just be compassionate with yourself as much as you are compassionate with the next person. All right. This wraps up your special Christmas edition of morning tea with Coach Kennedy. Until next time, everybody, take care and have a wonderful, happy, blessed, prosperous new year. Stay safe. Bye.
